Giveaway of the Day and Screen Capture Pro

I don't know how familiar you might be with Giveaway of the Day. They're a cool site that gives away software for one day only. Today's giveaway is Extra Screen Capture Pro. I have not tried this but it seems like a good program if you want to do how-to videos that use your computer screen. It has video and sound, from several sources. Free for today only! I've gotten some really good software from them, and they supposedly virus check everything.
